Construction Photos of our Interior Renovation Project (The Dionisio-Ergino Apartment) at Congressional Village in Quezon City.
The objective of the project is to modify the EXISTING 3-storey apartment unit which were faced with several design problems: a narrow living area and dining area, unorganized window placement/fenestration, unsightly view of the kitchen, plain interior paint colors, etc. But the most challenging was the restrictions set by the owner (i.e. the building lessor) wherein we can only do minimal works on the existing structure and that we CANNOT change the existing wall and ceiling paint colors and floor finishes.
Our design solution was to provide customized built-up furnishings and wall cladding over the existing interior structure - giving us the freedom to change the overall room ambient color (without changing the existing paint colors). We've also re-organized the circulation/traffic flow for the ground floor living area and provided additional spaces as per tenant's request (e.g. kids' play area and kids' bedroom).
The entire project was completed in 14 days.
