Some Cooking Terms excepts:
Bake- to cook in an oven and A- like.
If in Meat it is called- Roasting.
Barbecue - to cook slowly in an oven or under a free flame,or and direct heat over fire coals basting with seasoned sauce while cooking.
Fry- to cook in fat.
Boil / Parboil - to cook in liquid in which bubbles rise continuously or until partially cooked and can do steam at the same time.
Blanch - to dip fruits and/or vegetables in hot / boiling water in just a minute then dip in cold water to achieve the needed texture.
Caramelize - to apply heat and melt the sugar and turned it into liquid form.
