Hon. Marcos M. Mamay, a public servant from Nunungan, Lanao del Norte and producer of Kappa-Tiran under Mamay Productions, received the International Vanguard Award for Excellence in Public Service and Local Governance at the 3rd AMHUMAN International Vanguard Awards 2026.

Mamay also served as a guest speaker at the event, where he discussed leadership, public service, and the responsibility of holding public office.

In his acceptance speech, Mamay thanked the organizers and dedicated the recognition to the people of Nunungan, fellow public servants, local government officials, community leaders, government workers, and his family.

“This award is not a destination. It is a reminder and a responsibility—a reminder to continue doing what is right, a responsibility to serve better, and a commitment to remain faithful to the trust given to us by our people,” Mamay said.

The event also recognized members of the Kappa-Tiran team. Bernie P. Batin received the AMHUMAN Vanguard Comedy & Entertainment Excellence Award, Marvin Diamante received the Chairman’s Citation for Excellence in Modeling and International Pageantry, Emerson Capule was named Influencer of the Year – Corporate and Entertainment, and Darwis Ismaeili received the International Distinction in Fashion Design and Modeling Award.

Mamay Productions and the Kappa-Tiran team thanked AMHUMAN International Vanguard Awards Chairman Reymark Coloma Mamuad and the organizing committee for the recognition.

“May we continue to serve not for recognition, but because we believe that public service is a noble opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others,” Mamay said.
