Ballet as an art form is often regarded as elegant, soft, and ladylike. Pointe attempts to show that it can also be sharp and fluid. Inspired by pointe shoes themselves, it mimics the feeling of standing on the tips of your toes with subtle nods to its structure (arch) and movement through cohesive swashes and tails.
