SCAP is opening a 5-man exhibit this coming Feb 28 at the Sanga Artist Run Space titled “UNKNOWNymous” featuring the works of Nonoy Alcalde, Mark Hernandez, Maximus, Tristan Narra and Raemin “Sandman” Reyes

UNKNOWNymous

Derived from the word ANONYMOUS and UNKNOWNymous! Sounds like ANONYMOUS, which refer to those who refuse to be identify, UNKNOWN, is not identified or name at all. But in real world especially arts and music. Although it has a good quality but they are in favor and patronized the visual artists, and musicians with the renowned name.

The exhibiting artists even though they have a famous name, they want to be known for their bodies of works not by their name. But the reality they buy the paintings. Because they like it and love it. Even though they are not famous. They are evolving but remains privy to the majority of the people.

ANONYMOUS create ripple or reaped numerous success in their chosen field, but they choose to be low profile rather than hugged the lime light. Sometimes obra’s done by the so called ANONYMOUS artist that looks more superbly done, rather than by established names in the industry.

At the end of the day it is better to be ANONYMOUS and UNKNOWN like the word UNKNOWNymous. Because you will achieved and earned a niche in the art circle and attained a certain place in the spot light.

It is always an honour to our family to receive yearly holiday greetings from the President of the Philippines 🇵🇭, the First Lady and their family.

It always reminds our family that this is not just a greeting card, but a memento, a reminder, that as citizens our craft, skills, talents, business and purpose is not just for ourselves, but also should be for the benefit our countrymen.
