Back then, every afternoon had the same routine.

School ended.
Allowance still had a few pesos left.
And somehow everyone slowly gathered in the computer shop.

One match of Counter Strike.

That was always the plan.

The score was close.

Everyone was quiet.

Then our friend Carlo suddenly stood up a little from his chair and shouted like a professional team captain.

Five of us followed him through the tunnel like it was the greatest strategy ever created.

Victory felt close.

Then the first enemy appeared.

Two seconds later.

Carlo died.

While the rest of us were still fighting, Carlo was already leaning in watching our screens like a coach.

The whole row started laughing.

Even the other players who were not in our team were laughing.

But the funny thing is…

Carlo stood up again and said
