Last May 16, 2026 (Saturday) KSI Quezon City 1 successfully held the 2026 Korean Speech Contest Preliminary Round at Aula Mayor, UST Angelicum College.

This yearโ€™s contest became especially meaningful as we welcomed a total of 13 contestants โ€” the highest number of participants since KSI QC 1 was established. Each contestant shared heartfelt stories about their Korean learning journeys under the themes โ€œ๋‚˜์˜ ์ƒํ™œ์—์„œ์˜ ํ•œ๊ตญ์–ด (Korean in My Daily Life)โ€ and โ€œ๋‚ด๊ฐ€ ํ•œ๊ตญ์–ด๋ฅผ ๋ฐฐ์šฐ๋Š” ์ด์œ  (Why I Study Korean).โ€
