The said previous group has done ground-breaking performances in different events and places together with some big artist of the present generation. exposures both in channel 2 and channel 7 but because of some unavoidable circumstances the group decided to take a rest that give a chance for IPM to be formed. Independent Private Movers started as Private movers last August 2006. Its first perform
ance, STI College clusters competition that was held in SM Valenzuela. The group had also performed in some places like Teatro Marikina, Starmall, U.P. Theater, in Comedy Bars like SITCOM Las Pinas, LIBRARY Malate, ZIRKHO Greenhills, CLOWNS Quezon Ave. METROBAR in Timog, and malls like SM north edsa, SM megamall and EVER gotesco mall and with the help of some friends and colleagues where the group got some shows; the group had endured even without a legal manager that is why the word “Independent” was included on the group’s name. Presently, the group had a chance to perform once in a while in Mastershowman (Walang Tulugan!) in channel 7 and Umagang kay Ganda in channel 2 and through the help and support of Mr. Jonathan Trinidad, who stands now as the group’s manager and District Coordinator of the Office of the Vice Mayor of Quezon City, the group is now busy conducting theater and dance workshops…
Currently IPM is composed of Twelve (12) all male dancers which resides in Fairview, Marikina, Caloocan and Metro Manila. And because most members of the group are out of school youth, IPM is more focus on their passion which is the art of DANCING…
