✨Why I Journal?✨

Many people ask me why I spend so much time creating these kinds of spreads in my journal, and some even say I put too much effort into something that seems so simple. What they do not see, however, is the full picture—there are days when I skip pages, times when I lose motivation, and moments when I am not consistent at all. They only notice the finished spreads, not the in-between days where nothing gets written.

But journaling is my escape from reality because it gives me a space where I can slow down and just be with myself without pressure. Even if I am not always consistent, I always come back to it whenever life feels too overwhelming. Opening my journal feels like stepping into a quieter world where I can sort my thoughts, sit with my emotions, and turn things I cannot express into something I can see and understand. In that way, it becomes more than just pages and designs—it becomes a place that holds me when everything else feels too loud.
