A group from Stars and Stripes came in just before closing time. Unfortunately, they seemed to think that paying USD 15 per person gave them the right to treat our vehicles without care.
After severely damaging two mud karts and being involved in numerous go-kart crashes, we made the decision to stop their session because they were clearly unable to control the vehicles safely.
We offered to refund all of their remaining unused tokens. Instead, because of their poor attitude, they demanded a full refund, including for the rides they had already used. After being shouted at over the phone, I wasn't impressed.
A friendly reminder : when you're on holiday, please leave bad manners at home. Respect the staff, respect the equipment, and help make the experience enjoyable and SAFE for everyone.
