I’ve been getting DMs lately asking me why I’m such a bad person. Haha.

I love being part of this show. Pretty much adlibbing it all.

There have been a lot of sleepless nights building QwestLabs, powered by Kumu.

And honestly, I feel a huge responsibility to get this right.

During the pandemic, Kumu became so much more than an app. Millions of Filipinos connected through it, found community, and many were able to earn and help support themselves and their families during an incredibly difficult time.

I’ll always be proud of that.

Now the world is shifting again.

AI is changing the way we work, and understandably, there’s a lot of uncertainty about what that means for jobs and livelihoods.

With QwestLabs, we’re asking a pretty simple question:

How can Filipinos participate in the AI economy — and earn from it?

That’s what we’re building toward.

We’re early. We’re messy. We’re learning. We’re building as we go. And there are definitely more sleepless nights ahead.

But the mission feels familiar.

Kumu gave Filipinos a new way to earn during one of the biggest disruptions of our generation.

With QwestLabs powered by Kumu, we’re hoping to create that opportunity again — this time in the AI economy. 🇵🇭

If you’re Filipino and interested in learning, building, or earning in the AI economy, follow QwestLabs and join us on this journey.
