Down payments are not refundable. You will receive an invoice once the down payment has been made. Pre Orders: These items require a down payment before a given deadline. Delivery/ Shipping: approximately 2-3 weeks if the item is not on hand, delays may occur, in which case the client will be informed. Meet ups: Saturday/ Sunday at SM Megamall

Item Condition / Loss: We are not responsible for damage that occurred through handling/shipping nor for loss by a local courier service.
