Started 2026 with this piece pop piece for ’s Neopop Surreal Salon group exhibition last January.

Last year felt more like a blur & a lot of confusion. I wasn’t so sure where I was going as an artist so I wanted to change it up for the first piece of the year. Just pure fun! The pastel study ended up looking nice tho. If you ask nicely I might sell it too!

2025 wasn’t an easy year, career-wise. I took the leap to pursue my passion, something I never had the courage or means to do before. Difficult is an understatement. Some days, growth looked like struggle, and letting go felt like grief.

But standing at the end of 2025, I see things differently, with more confidence and steadier footing. While I’m ready to say sayonara to this strange year, I want to say thank you to everyone who helped shape it for the better.

To everyone who supported my art, fellow artists who inspire me, the doers who created a platform for creatives, and those who stood beside me cheering me on, thank you 🙏 I’m grateful to be where I am because you helped me grow. You deserve all the flowers in your garden. 💐

Hope to ride out 2026 together. See you next year 🫡
