Mrs. Pacific Philippines Jenny Mercado-Ortega wears a simple yet dignified white Filipiniana terno, symbol of the Filipina’s strength and grace. Paired with a flowing mantón, it embodies tradition while carrying her advocacy. Hand-painted by Jenny Mercado-Ortega, the gown shows the faces of Indigenous Aeta children, who are at the heart of her advocacy for compassion, inclusion, and hope.
