President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos led the opening of “IN FOCUS: Marcos Presidency,” a special photo exhibit hosted by Likhang Filipino at the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM). CITEM Executive Director Leah Pulido Ocampo welcomed the First Couple to the showcase, which marks World Photojournalism Day.

Curated by the Presidential Photojournalist Association (PPA), the exhibit presents a visual chronicle of the nation’s journey through compelling documentary photographs capturing key moments and milestones of the administration.

The showcase highlights works by leading national media photojournalists from top outlets, featuring Alfredo Vicoy, Mark Louis Balmores, and Santi San Juan of Manila Bulletin; Marianne Bermudez and Niño Jesus Orbeta of the Philippine Daily Inquirer; Renato Dilan and Michelle Mike Alquinto of The Manila Times; Noel Pabalate, Kriz John Rosales, and John Ryan Baldemor of The Philippine Star; Yummie Dingding and Jose Aurelio Lozano of Daily Tribune; Revoli Cortez of Manila Standard; Jonathan Sulit of Abante; and Marianita “Jack” Burgos of Police Files.
