Ceremonial Highlights: AIMS 55th Graduation and Recognition

The 55th Commencement Exercises formally opened with remarks from Dr. Lamberto G. Mindanao, Vice President for Student Services, who welcomed the graduates, their families, institutional leaders, industry partners, and other guests to the celebration.

Ms. Janet Abuid-Dandan, Vice President for Administration, introduced the Commencement Speaker, Ms. Presca Lee Lugo, Maritime Education and Training Supervisor, of the Maritime Industry Authority.

The ceremony also recognized the contribution of AIMS’ industry partners through the awarding of plaques of appreciation led by Ms. Elisa Abuid-Cayab, Vice President for Finance. Their presence underscored the importance of cooperation between the institution and the industries in which AIMS graduates will build their careers.

Following the recognition and conferment rites, Dr. Rhogin V. Giner administered the AIMS Alumni Membership Oath to Maraliyag Class 2026. The oathtaking formally welcomed the graduates into the alumni community and marked their transition from students to lifelong members and representatives of AIMS.

✨ A night of milestones, pride, and lasting memories.

The AIMS Maraliyag Class of 2026 celebrated its β€œAstrum Navis” Graduation Ball and Ringhop Ceremonies on July 21, 2026, at The Grand Atrium, PNB Financial Center.

From the symbolic Ringhop Ceremonies and Batch Legacy Turnover to the Cotillion de Honor and ceremonial toast, the evening honored the graduates’ achievements and the journey that brought them to this meaningful milestone.
