From local to international discoveries!

During the Manila Coffee Festival at Biyaya Sustainable Living Festival, the celebration of coffee went beyond local origins as we featured an international gem, the Himalaya Arabica Beans from Nepal.

For the first time, through the help of Jonas Ang of Duyan Coffee, the beans were cupped at the festival. Sourced from the remote foothills of Mount Everest and cultivated at 1,200 meters above sea level, these high-altitude Himalayan Arabica beans reflect the dedication of Nepal’s coffee-growing communities, creating a refined cup with exceptional character. 🇳🇵

Through Sol, we were introduced to the art of Lala weaving, a meaningful experience that allowed us to appreciate the creativity, skill, and stories woven into every piece.
