In celebration of Museums & Galleries Month, the Philippine Pastel Artists, Inc. presents the 7th Philippine Pastel Convention from October 28 to 30, 2022, at the GSIS Museo ng Sining in Pasay City as its main event for the year. is an SEC-registered, non-stock, non-profit organization promoting Filipino artists through pastels as a medium for artistic expression and setting the standards of excel

lence in pastel painting in the Philippines. The event will feature ten guest resource speakers to present various themes related to pastel art. An On-the-Spot Competition will also be held amongst the participants for a winner-take-all challenge. The prime highlight of the convention is the awarding of the major winners from the 2022 Philippine Pastel Competition, of which the top 20 works will be exhibited until November 4th.
