Umaraw man o bumagyo, palaging magpapatuloy ang mga pusong handang maglingkod.

“Napakalaki ng iyong pananampalataya!” — Mateo 15:28

Sa Mabuting Balita kahapon, makikita natin ang matibay na pananampalataya ng babaeng Cananea. Siya ay patuloy na lumalapit kay Jesus at humingi ng tulong para sa kanyang anak kahit hindi naging madali ang kanyang paghihintay.

Tinuturuan tayo ng Ebanghelyo na huwag agad sumuko sa panalangin. Tayo ay magtiwala sa Diyos kahit hindi natin agad nakikita ang sagot. Sa tamang panahon ay ipapakita Niya ang Kanyang pagmamahal at awa.

In yesterday's Gospel, Jesus fed thousands with only five loaves and two fish because one person was willing to offer what they had. God can do great things through even the smallest act of kindness when we place it in His hands.

Today’s Gospel reminds us that the Kingdom of God is a treasure worth choosing and keeping. When we discover this treasure, we realize how blessed we are to have Jesus in our lives, as John 15:15 says, "I Have Called you Friends".

Being a Sangkày or Friends of Jesus, we are invited to treasure our relationship with Him and share His love with others. May we always remember that having Jesus as our friend is one of the greatest treasures we can ever have.🌾
