An ancient coat of arms belonging to the Order of the Most Holy Trinity and of the Captives (Trinitarians). The coat of arms exudes noble simplicity demonstrated by the oldest coats of arms - qualities that Ecclesiastical Heraldry must strive to achieve.

The Trinitarian Order wa founded by St.John De Matha French Catholic Priest.

On 17 December 1198, they obtained the preliminary approval of Pope Innocent III for a new order dedicated in honour of the Blessed Trinity for the redemption of Christian captives.

St. Louis IX installed a house of the Order in the royal palace (château) at Fontainebleau. He chose Trinitarians as his chaplains, and was accompanied by them on his crusades. The Master of the Trinity was taken captive together with Louis IX after the Battle of Al Mansurah.

The royal patronage of St. Louis might be the origin of the royal crown that surmounts the shield and the bodure Azure with fleurs de lis - color and symbol associated with the French monarchs.

Escudos Eclesiásticos PH is grateful to the Secretariat of the 𝟰𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗴𝘆 in Malaybalay for allowing us to display our portfolio at this national event. This event gathered Diocesan Liturgical Directors, clergy, lay collaborators, and students of liturgy in the City of Malaybalay. Here we showcased samples of our works and those by our affiliate brands for the participants to browse.

We hope to extend our reach and be of greater service to the Catholic Church in the Philippines.
