Just a lil appreciation post for Milcosplaying and cosplaying in general ^^

Around two years ago or less, I took a photo with a group of Milcosers in Festival Mall Alabang, and I remember being so awestruck by ‘em lol

It was my first time seeing Milcosers and I was so amazed even though I was like 15.

I was a bit shy to ask for the photo but these guys were very friendly, and soon after the pic, I remember asking one of them, “Are you cosplaying Kolinski from SCP: Overlord?”, and he said yes ^^ I then left cus I was so anxious lmao

But ever since that day, I’ve always wanted to be like that, to just wear the outfits of the interests I was into. And throughout the past two years or less, it’s safe to say I have been able to do so !

I might not now everything when it comes to building a proper kit or two, but I was able to gather the basic knowledge to build a relatively decent-looking kit for milcosing in conventions ^^

And around two years after that first day, I was at a convention at the same mall, Festival Alabang, wearing the same inspired SCP kit from the Milcoser two years ago, and I was approached by some random kid who asked for a photo. I happily obliged, and after the picture, he asked me, “Are you cosplaying Kolinski from SCP: Overlord?”. I said yes ^^

Such a random yap but I just wanted to say how much I’ve greatly appreciated this community for helping me in building more confidence, meeting new people, and overall having fun !
