1. Equipment Preparation
* Prepare, inspect, and test all audio, lighting, video, LED wall, and rigging equipment before deployment.
* Ensure all equipment is complete, clean, and in good working condition.
* Report any damaged or missing equipment immediately.
2. Loading and Transport
* Safely load and unload equipment onto company vehicles.
* Secure equipment properly during transport to prevent damage.
* Follow proper lifting techniques and manual handling procedures.
3. Event Setup
* Assemble and install sound systems, lighting fixtures, LED walls, trusses, staging, and video equipment according to technical plans.
* Run and organize cables neatly and safely.
* Ensure all installations comply with safety standards.
4. Equipment Operation
* Operate audio consoles, lighting consoles, media servers, LED processors, and video switchers as assigned.
* Perform sound checks, lighting focus, and system testing before the event.
* Monitor equipment performance throughout the event.
5. Troubleshooting
* Quickly identify and resolve technical issues during setup and live events.
* Coordinate with the Technical Director or Operations Manager for major technical concerns.
6. Safety Compliance
* Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Follow Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety policies.
* Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
* Never bypass safety procedures or overload electrical systems.
7. Teamwork and Professionalism
* Work effectively with fellow technicians, suppliers, venue personnel, and event organizers.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and technical directors.
* Maintain professionalism, respect, and discipline at all times.
8. Equipment Breakdown
* Properly dismantle all equipment after the event.
* Pack and organize equipment according to company standards.
* Verify that all equipment is accounted for before leaving the venue.
9. Maintenance
* Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
* Assist with inventory and warehouse organization.
* Recommend repairs or replacements when necessary.
10. Documentation
* Complete equipment checklists and inventory forms.
* Report incidents, accidents, equipment failures, or safety concerns promptly.
