“Bear Hugs and Bold Brews.” 🐻

Black Bear Coffee is a cafe based in Isabela where people can connect, unwind, and enjoy great food and coffee.

Crafted to reflect their warmth and community-driven spirit, we worked on their brand strategy, identity, packaging, environment design, advertising, and social campaigns.��

From Bernie the Bear to the world we built around him, every touchpoint helps bring the vintage camp vibes to life.

A .ph creation, .ph serves tea-smoked duck, a quintessential Sichuan dish prepared by hot smoking a marinated duck over tea leaves. 🔥🍵🦆

While typically served during large feasts and celebrations,
Firequacker aims to make the dish more accessible by offering a variety of sizes, an ode to the idea that every “win” is worth celebrating - no matter how big or small.

Agape helped create the brand strategy for Firequacker, including the naming of the brand, positioning and messaging.

.ph offers a unique take over the traditional way of preparing duck by smoking instead of roasting, giving the dish a fuller, bolder flavor. 🍵🔥🦆

Inspired by the unique way in which the dish is prepared, we wanted to ensure that Firequacker’s identity is bold and eye-catching, with a touch of quirkiness.

Chinese ornamental frames and patterns were used to convey tradition while playful illustrations and posters featuring pop culture references were included to give the brand a more fun, relatable vibe. 🫶🏻

Primarily available through a cloud kitchen, an emphasis was placed into creating packaging for that enhanced the brand experience.

The take-away boxes exuded a premium feel with a sliding tray that was designed as a picture frame: worthy of a dish that looked like a work of art.

In order to establish the branding we crafted for Firequacker, we also created content for their social media and managed their page for the first two months of their operations.

"THE HOTTEST DUCK IN TOWN 🔥🦆"

Firequacker serves tea-smoked duck, a quintessential Sichuan dish prepared by hot smoking a marinated duck over tea leaves.

While typically served during large feasts and celebrations, Firequacker aims to make the dish more accessible by offering a variety of sizes, an ode to the idea that every “win” is worth celebrating - no matter how big or small.

By juxtaposing traditional Chinese motifs with contemporary design cues and pop culture references, we created a fun and approachable brand for Firequacker that suits their target audience of Millenial Food Lovers.

Aside from the designs that were visible in-store, we also created variations that were integrated to the Nike App.

The designs were shown to female users of the app in the PH.

This March, Nike Philippines launched their first Women's Series event at the Nike Fort Experience Studio.

Agape collaborated with Nike PH on the design direction of the event which was applied throughout various assets seen all over the store.
