[MEMO] Pursuant to the advisory of the City Government of Panabo, face-to-face classes at Davao del Norte State College are suspended on February 20, 2026 (Friday), until lifted.

The College will adopt alternative learning modalities to ensure continuity of instruction. All student-related activities, including OJT and other academic engagements, are likewise suspended for the said period. Work for employees shall proceed as scheduled unless otherwise directed.

Everyone is advised to remain vigilant and observe necessary safety precautions.
