Scarlet Proof Artifact update: Now works with Cryo Characters

Old 4p effect: Triggering a Stellar Swirl reaction increases the character's ATK by 16% and Stellar Swirl DMG by 40% for 10s.

New 4p effect: For 10 seconds after the wearer triggers a Star Diffusion reaction or deals Star Diffusion reaction damage, their Critical Hit Rate increases by 16% and Star Diffusion reaction damage increases by 40%.

Battle Pass Bow update:

Every other Character in the team will provide a buff to the equipping character depending on whether their Elemental Type is the same. If it is the same, the equipping character gains 64 Elemental Mastery; if the Element is different, the equipping character gains 12% ATK. These buffs can stack up to 3 times, prioritizing the same Element.

Elemental Skill Hunter's Precision ATK Bonus: 25.0%-> 21.2%

The Hunter's Precision effect obtained when Hunter's Mark is activated will also increase Stellar-Conduct DMG dealt by all nearby party members by 25%.

C1 - Alyosha regenerates 15 Elemental Energy when nearby party members trigger an Electro-related reaction on an opponent. This effect can trigger once every 18s.
