1. Accounting Staff�
We are seeking a meticulous individual to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with Freeport Zone regulations.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with SBMA taxation and reporting is a significant advantage.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Job Description:
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and budget reports.
• Process payroll and manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Assist in external audits and ensure compliance with Republic Act No. 7227.
2. Admin Staff
We need a proactive coordinator to handle the day-to-day office operations and support our technical maritime teams.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Previous experience in the maritime or construction industry is a plus.
Job Description:
• Manage office supplies, documentation, and filing systems.
• Coordinate schedules for underwater projects and technical teams.
• Handle correspondence with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA).
• Provide administrative support to the management and assist in permit renewals.
3. Workboat Captain
We are looking for an experienced leader to command our vessel operations.
Requirements:
* Must hold a valid Captain’s License/Certification (Open to various accredited maritime certifications).
• Proven experience in vessel navigation and positioning for subsea/diving work.
• Strong leadership and safety-first mindset.
• Schedule: Flexible Time (Project-based and dependent on tide/weather conditions).
4. Chief Engineer
We need a technical expert to maintain our vessel and specialized underwater equipment.
Requirements:
* Must hold a valid Marine Engineering License/Certification.
• Expertise in maintaining main engines, auxiliary systems, and generators.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues while offshore.
• Schedule: Flexible Time (On-call for project deployments and maintenance).
5. Skilled Workers / Boom Truck Operators
We are seeking multi-skilled workers to handle deck duties and heavy equipment transport.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Valid Professional Driver’s License.
• Must know how to operate a Boom Truck (Self-loading crane truck).
• Experience in deck work or underwater project support is a major plus.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Onshore: Operate the boom truck to lift and transport heavy diving gear, ROVs, and construction materials.
• Offshore: Assist in deck operations during underwater welding and cleaning projects.
• Schedule: Flexible Time (Shift-based depending on project requirements).
