Title: “Maranatha” (Aramaic word for Our Lord Come)

Description:
Inspired by the prayer of the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 16, Maranatha is a powerful word rooted in eschatology—the theology of the end times. “Maran” means “Lord,” and “Atha” means “Come.” It is a cry of hope in the midst of suffering and chaos—a heartfelt prayer of a believer longing for the Lord’s triumphant return. It expresses the deep desire for the end of evil and malevolence, and the coming of true justice for the innocent and all who have experienced injustice.

Our dear children are gifts from the Lord.
When we think they distract us from
our work, let us be reminded that they are the most important work.
They are not investments, but rather beautiful treasures where potentials and dreams are waiting to bloom. As parents and adults, it is our duty to guide and nurture them. We are To teach them the godly way of life and become an example of Christ’s love. One of the best chapter in my life was when I became a parent.
All I pray to God that they may use me and guide me to pave a way for my children to thrive in life and for them to know Christ through me.

Let us help them row the boat, as they navigate the river of life.

Studio Paintings are my expressions. They are the closest reflection of my perspective in the world. They are my confessions and observations in life. I noticed how bright they are this year and the freedom of play and explorations are more eminent.

One of my favorites was being able to do stylized portrait commissions and works. When your client’s interpretation of his/her life at the moment, the symbolisms they want to see in the painting, was put together in one piece.

Also, the classic self and family portraits never gets out of style. They are like marking every house with it’s transcendental value.

To all my collectors and strangers (now friends) who bought my original artworks and believe in my art and message, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are their soulmates and I will forever cherish how much you invested in my works. To those who commissioned and trusted me to paint them or their families, my heart is filled with gratitude. Being a part of a family heirloom is such an honor.

I am sooo excited for 2024.
On for a new adventure!
