✨ From Janitor to Engineer in Dubai: Juan’s OFW Journey ✨
Ten years ago, dumating si Juan sa Dubai na may dalang isang maleta, ₱5,000 na hiniram para sa placement fee, at puso na puno ng pangarap. His first job? Isang janitor sa isang busy na mall, nagtatrabaho ng 12 hours a day for a small salary.

Mahirap ang buhay. Minsan nagtitipid siya sa pagkain para mas malaki ang maipadala sa pamilya. On his days off, imbes na magpahinga, nag-enroll siya sa night classes for engineering — a dream na hindi niya binitawan.

Hindi naging madali. After maglinis ng sahig buong araw, mag-aaral siya sa maliit niyang kwarto kahit mahina ang ilaw. Pero bawat exam na pumapasa siya, isang step closer to his dream.

After ilang taon ng hard work, perseverance, at sacrifices, natapos din niya ang engineering degree. Ilang buwan lang, hired na siya as a junior engineer sa Dubai.

Ngayon, si Juan na ang namumuno sa construction ng mga high-rise buildings — the same ones na dati niyang nililinis. His story proves: It’s not where you start, it’s how hard you work for your dreams.
