Boses ni Kiko When the pandemic came in 2020, the group was not able to serve for quite some time due to restrictions imposed in the country.

The Xavier Youth Choir is an organization whose vision is to become a missionary choir group in the parish that provide members with confidence, conviction, and commitment to service of the Church and of the people. Xavier Youth Choir, or "Boses ni Kiko" was established on March 24, 2019, as a response to the demand of the parish church to provide young people serving at the Mass through choral si

nging every Sunday at 5:30 in the afternoon. Nevertheless, in 2022, the choir was re-established and continues to exert its effort to serve the Church through choral singing. The Xavier Youth Choir is an organization under the sub-committed on Sacred Music of the Ministry on Liturgy in the aforementioned parish whose purpose is to encourage, and develop young members in the field of music, and also, to grow in the love and service to the Church through choir singing in the liturgical activities, particularly, in the celebration of the Eucharist. Following the missionary zeal of St. Francis Xavier, its vision is to become a missionary choir group in the parish that provide members with confidence, conviction, and commitment to the service of the Church and of the people.

The fourth week of Boses ni Kiko Aspirants' Formation focused on introducing to them the music theory and the components of the musical score. At the same time, they learned some songs that they practiced with the BnK members for the Eucharistic Celebration. We are asking for your prayers that they may continue to undergo this formation, and may they be admitted to the newest members of this parish youth choir.

The third week of Boses ni Kiko Aspirants' Formation focused on introducing to them the basic of choir singing, starting from physical warm-ups, basic choir singing techniques, and learning liturgical songs that they are going to sing in the celebration of the Holy Mass. ASPIRANTS' BASIC FORMATION ON PRAYER

Today's second Sunday of formation for our Boses ni Kiko Aspirants focused on the basics of the Prayer where ate Desiree Mendoza discussed and taught them the importance of prayers and some basics on how to pray to God. They also began the session with some vocal warm-ups and exercises, as well as note recognition so that they may gradually be introduced with the activities the aspirants must expect. We are asking for your prayers that they may strive to serve the Lord through choral singing.
