We're excited to bring you this original piece of music that exemplifies faith and hope in Christ. As the world lives in darkness, let's uphold his light - Christ's light as our beacon. 😄🎶

Part I: “The Telephone” is a delightfully funny one-act short opera by a contemporary composer Gian Carlo Menotti. It is about “Ben” who wishes to propose to “Lucy” before he leaves on a trip but Lucy is always occupied with interminable conversations on the telephone. This opera will be relevant in today’s cell-phone-obsessed society as it was back in the day of rotary phones when it was premiered. This part will be featuring classically trained singers Paul Gayanilo, baritone and Mi Angelica, soprano and classically trained young pianist Kenneth Harvey Samante.

Part II: “Awit at Sining: Kundiman sa Ating Panahon” will be a presentation of Filipino art songs composed during the early part of the 20th century. Performance of these works continues to remain relevant in our time, as the values of patriotism and honor are emphasized in the words and music of the masters. This part will be featuring the aforementioned artists together with Roland Raymond Roldan, tenor and Samiya Kim Duran, mezzo soprano.
