Repaso, derived from the Bikolized Hispanic word for โreview,โ is a one-day conference aimed at examining current theatrical events, approaches, and scholarships in Metro Naga and the Bikol region. The event, organized by the Naga Theater Community and Taragbo Bikol Theater Network, is open to theater practitioners, students, teachers, writers, performers, enthusiasts, patrons, and scholars.

Rurip, meaning โto dive or immerseโ in Bikol, is a one-day workshop dedicated to playwriting and dramaturgy for aspiring local playwrights. Limited to four fellows, the workshop, led by the AdNU Creative Endeavors Council, also welcomes participant-observers, including teachers and practitioners. The focus is on three key theatrical dimensions: text, performance, and production. While participant-observers will not actively engage in the workshop, they will benefit from the learning derived from interactions among the fellows and panelists.

Retaso, inspired by the Hispanic word for โa piece of textile,โ is a one-day event showcasing a series of stage performances by various theater groups from the Metro Naga area. Like pieces of fabric in a quilt, Retaso aims to display the diverse artistry of dramatic practices in Naga City and the Metro Naga district. Open to the public and free of charge, the event includes dramatic readings of plays workshopped during Rurip.
