A Night of Art and Legacy at the National Press Club's 73rd Anniversary

The recent celebration of the 73rd Anniversary of the National Press Club (NPC) in Intramuros, Manila, was a truly inspiring night where art and media converged. The celebration was a vibrant tribute to legacy, culture, and the strong connection between artists and journalists. It was an honor to stand among the NPC leadership and several distinguished guests who came to support Filipino artistry.

The exhibit, held at the Bulwagang Plaridel of the NPC, featured a collection of works by esteemed maestros in the art scene. Among the prominent guests in attendance were:
Dato’ Abdul Malik Melvin Castelino, the Malaysian Ambassador to the Philippines (seen in the image with the artists).
Former Senator Nikki Coseteng.

FAVA Art Group Joins the 73rd Founding Anniversary of the National Press Club of the Philippines

In celebration of its 73rd Founding Anniversary, the National Press Club of the Philippines proudly presents an Art Exhibition with the theme “Preserving the Legacy @73.”

The artist reception will take place on October 9, 2025 (Thursday) at 6:00 PM at Bulwagang Plaridel, 5th Floor, NPC Building, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.

Among the featured participants is the FAVA Art Group (Filipino Advocates for Visual Arts)—a collective of passionate Filipino artists dedicated to promoting culture, creativity, and national identity through visual art.

Participating Artists:
Brando Bati, Neptalie Aunzo, Adler Llagas, Daniel Dumaguit, Bernardo Maac, Doodz Iligan, Aris Ventures, Rc Ampon, Tei Leonardo Ampon, Maita Acevedo, Lyka Mohammad, Jenny Leonardo, Weng Maac, Teresa Bati, Jo Hiponia-Millendez, and Al Mohammad.
