Today marks my 3rd year of creating content about cafés and coffee shops, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this journey.

Over the past three years, I’ve visited hundreds of coffee shops, met hundreds of amazing people, captured thousands of photos, written countless reviews, and had the opportunity to collaborate with so many wonderful brands and businesses.

What started from scratch with nothing more than an iPhone XR, a love for coffee, and a passion for photography has grown into something I never imagined. I enjoyed exploring coffee shops and thought, “Why not start sharing my experiences and reviews?” That simple idea became the foundation of this page.

More than the coffee, it’s the community that has made this journey truly special. The coffee community is one of the most welcoming, supportive, and inspiring communities I’ve ever been part of. I’ve learned so much, built meaningful friendships, and discovered opportunities that continue to help me grow both as a creator and as a person.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my content over the years. Your encouragement, trust, and support have meant the world to me. This journey has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life, and I will always be grateful to have been part of this amazing coffee community.

My first-ever brewing competition. ☕️

After a few weeks of practice, I decided to join my very first brewing competition. I came in with no big expectations, knowing that I was still new and had only been practicing for a short time.

To my surprise, I made it to the Top 8 out of 19 brewers. While I didn’t make it all the way, I’m proud of how far I got and grateful for the experience.

This competition taught me so much-not just about brewing, but also about preparation, confidence, and continuous learning. Meeting fellow brewers and seeing their passion for coffee was truly inspiring.

This may have been my first competition, but it definitely won’t be my last.

It's been a while since I last posted content about cafés and café hopping. But this time, it feels different. This isn't just about finding good cafés anymore - it's about discovering a new passion.

Lately, I've been realizing how much I genuinely enjoy brewing. As someone who has always loved matcha, stepping into the world of coffee wasn't easy for me. Back then, I used to think coffee without milk was nothing but bitter. I never understood how people could appreciate the subtle flavors behind every cup.
Then I experienced my first pour-over, introduced by my friend Jomar Dai -and somehow, that simple cup changed everything.

Since then, l've become more curious about the process, the patience, and the stories behind brewing. From learning different techniques to understanding beans, grind size, and extraction, I found myself enjoying not just the drink, but the entire experience that comes with it.

What makes this journey even more special is the people I meet along the way. Brewing connected me with passionate individuals who are always willing to share their knowledge, experiences, and love for coffee. And as someone who's still a beginner in this field, I know I still have a lot to learn and discover.

Maybe this is what growth looks like - allowing yourself to explore something unfamiliar and slowly falling in love with it.
