"The crowds got even bigger and he addressed them, 'This is an evil generation; it is asking for a sign. The only sign it will be given is the sign of Jonah.

For just as Jonah became a sign to the people of Nineveh, so will the Son of man be a sign to this generation."

Homily Highlights ✨
Diocesan Indigenous Peoples' Day
San Nicolas De Tolentino Parish, Boston

"Atong pagtuo na nadawat, maski hain pa kita na tribo gikan, kita milambo, kita midako tungod sa dugo sa mga martyr. Gipakamatyan kini, gibuhisan ug kinabuhi aron magpadayon sa mga umaabot na katuigan ug henerasyon, hangtod nga ang atong mga sinaunang lumad, nidawat niini na pagtuo. The blood of the martyrs is the seed of Christianity.Lumad na Pilipino, pamilya sa Diyos. Usa kita ka pamilya."

Prayer:

Saint Callistus, you did not come from nobility
but from slavery. Though you suffered greatly, God used those sufferings to form you into a man with a merciful heart who sought to reconcile every sinner with Him. Please pray for me, that I will be open to God’s abundant mercy in my life and show that mercy to others without exception. Saint Callistus, pray for me. Jesus, I trust in You.

St. Callistus I, pray for us!
