I think the most interesting part of art is enjoying the process.
For the past three to four years, I have gone through something painful that made me anxious about doing the things I like, including painting.
But I refuse to be overcome by this negativity; I choose to continue painting even while carrying a heavy heart.
My recent creative process is the manifestation of that courage and acceptance, allowing myself to be free from the deafening, doubtful voices in my head.
I have always believed that what we create is a reflection of what we hold inside. Obviously, my recent works seem dark and dull despite using fun colors, but maybe that’s who I am right now. Maybe these are the things I hold that need to be released.
Thus, I honor this beautiful creative phase of my journey. More creations to Kurit ᜃ̱ᜇ̵̊ᜆ̟ 🫶
