WE have grown to be Those who don't blend-in, but rather stand-out. And by standing-out, others have cast US out, because WE don't fit-in. But "Blending-in" is analogous to "Apathy" -- it fits because the rest of the world sticks with it. It's like putting a drop of water into a pool of acid -- The acid turns violent and neutralizes the drop. It's like t
he pool of apathy shall never accept one who chooses otherwise. Because its mere presence disturbs the balance they have created for themselves. It makes them start to feel CRUDE. WE ARE HUMAN, ONE AMONGST THE WORLD. WE may not care about how they perceive US, but WE care a lot about how they feel. And being amongst the world is walking a lonesome path. Most people don't understand that you're just as vulnerable as them. They see you as someone endowed enough not to need help. They perceive "you reaching out to them" as "you pretending to care for the least of them". They hate the fact that they have to struggle while you prance around effortlessly towards and beyond their goals. They pay too much attention to your gleam, that they never seem to notice your scars. WE stand-out because WE choose to STAND while others BLEND. Just as you do things even though you've got all the reason not to do them, WE do things because you are all the reason WE Ever need. WE STAND-OUT because WE refuse to stay CRUDE, even if it means grinding off OUR Skin. And when you grind off your crude skin, people start seeing your new form as unfathomable. But WE ARE HUMAN, ONE AMONGST THE WORLD. WE stand-out because WE Are among you; WE Are among you because WE Are unbound by what you stick with. But no matter how much you shut US out, WE will keep knocking on the door to your heart. Because once you let US in, WE know you'd finally come to see. WE Are the bridge that connects each and every single one of you. So that every single one of you will neither be different nor indifferent -- we will all just be HUMANs. WE might not make sense most of the time, but WE will make plenty of sense whenever it counts. WE ARE HUMAN, BOTH AMONG AND WITH THE WORLD. Because while everyone is too busy blending-in, WE Are too busy polishing the ones who wish to SHINE.........
