DAY 2- The Face of Deception
(What we see is not what Lies Beneath)
It is a REMINDER that Beauty can attract the eyes, but CHARACTER reveals the TRUTH.

Day2- The Face of Deception
(Oil Pastel and Watercolor in Sketchpad)

Beauty can be captivating, a gentle smile, a pleasant face and attractive presence can easily make us believe that someone is kind, sincere and thrustworthy. But sometimes, WHAT WE SEE IS NOT WHAT LIES BENEATH.
This painting speaks of the hidden side of deception - the darkness that can exist behind an innocent appearance. The woman represents tha beauty that draws people in while her enormous devil like shadow symbolizes the hidden attitude and the devils hidden agenda.
It is a reminder that Beauty can attract the eyes, but character reveals the truth.
