We would like to honor and take pride in our very own artist, Atty. Sittie Hedaya S. Pansar, LPT also known as Vinze Diane, by sharing her inspiring story and reminds us to trust the process, protect our peace, and believe in Allah(SWT) perfect timing.
Allahumma Bareek Laha🥰👏🏻
Reflecting on her time in law school, Atty. Sittie Hedaya S. Pansar, MSU Law Class Valedictorian of 2024, shared that graduating at the top of her class was an unexpected achievement meant to honor her parents and supporters. However, she candidly discussed how the internal pressure and the mistake of suffering in silence led to a panic attack during her first bar exam, causing her to fall short of passing by less than 1%.
Atty. Pansar emphasized that this setback taught her that delayed success is still success, and that a title does not define a lawyer, but resilience does. For her second attempt, she changed her approach by focusing on self-compassion and being gentle with herself. She advised current candidates that passing the bar exam requires protecting one's heart and mind rather than just memorizing laws, urging them to acknowledge their fears and ask for help when needed.
In her concluding remarks, she encouraged law students to move at their own pace, noting that the only bad day is the day a person gives up. She reminded the audience to make their emotions work for them rather than against them, and to avoid letting internal doubts take over. She closed her address by reminding everyone to trust in God's perfect timing, expressing faith that their future victories are already written.
