Pagdadalang Tao in process
Lately, I’ve been sitting with collective rage, with the feeling of carrying things that are not mine alone. I’ve been thinking about what it means to co-carry, and how warmth can exist even in the middle of heaviness.
Right now, I am in the process of creating the cloth that will become part of my offering. I’ve been hammering flowers into the fabric, letting the act hold my anger, sadness, and grief. There is something about the repetition that allows these feelings to move, to settle, to transform.
As part of this process, I’m opening my home to anyone who feels called to participate. You’re welcome to come and write your burdens, fears, anger, or wishes onto pieces of cloth. This is a space to let those things be seen and held, even briefly.
These cloths will be gathered and carried into the ritual, where they will be offered to the fire on Black Saturday during Pagbubuo Ritwal Theater.
If this resonates with you, message me for details. 🌿
