4. ANCILLLLARY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT INCOME: For some real estate investments, this can be a huge source of profit. Ancillary real estate investment income includes things like vending machines in office buildings or laundry facilities in low-rent apartments. In effect, they serve as mini-businesses within a bigger real estate investment, letting you make money from a semi-captive collection of customers.

Magandang Araw Kabayan!
Mahirap ang buhay OFW pero makita lang nating masaya ang ating mga Pamilya at natutustusan natin ang kanilang pangangalangan ay tanggal na lahat ng pagod at pananabik na makasama sila :) Pero hanggang kailan mo ito mararanasan? O hanggang kailan kang mangungulila sa kanila. Oo. Nakikita natin silang masaya sa mga naglalakihang Balik-Bayan Boxes na natatangap nila mula sa inyo, pero isipin nyo baka buwan buwan o taon taon balik-bayan box na lang hinihintay nila hindi na IKAW kasi di ka na nakaka-uwi. Hindi Habang-Buhay na gagawin natin na umalis ng bansa para sa kanila.
