Lord, please let Your path align with my plans and goals this August.

I ask that You open the right doors for me—those that lead to growth, peace, and purpose.

Heal the scars that have been with me for so long, the ones that still ache even when I try to move forward. Help me to forget the pain, to let go of what weighs me down, and give me the strength and time to truly forgive.

Teach me how to embrace everything I’ve been through, and help me carry it with grace instead of sorrow. Lead me to where I need to be, and let Your will unfold in my life.

I let a lot slide—more than I probably should. I’ll stay quiet, stay kind, give space, give chances, and try to see the good even when it hurts like hell.

I don’t explode, I absorb. But there’s a line. And once it’s crossed, I don’t yell or chase or explain—I disappear. Not out of spite, but out of self-respect.

I’ve learned that peace isn’t something you beg to keep; it’s something you protect when it’s been tested too many times.

So when I go quiet, it’s not a game. It’s the sound of me choosing myself.

As July draws to a close and a new month begins, we surrender our plans into Your hands.

I'm the type of person who tolerates so many things unt I reach my hmt, and then I cul them off completely, as if they no longer exist.

I give chances, stay patient, and try to understand even when it hurts because that's just how I am. But once I've had enough, there's no turning back.

When my peace gets disturbed one too many times, I protect it by walking away for good— no explanations, no warnings, just silence and distance.

I wish I had known about the Mirror Method sooner.

I used to constantly check on people, always making sure they were okay—even when they never did the same for me. I realized I was giving too much to people who wouldn’t do the same in return.

Now, I’ve learned to match energy.

If they don’t greet me on my birthday, I don’t greet them on theirs.

If they don’t invite me out, I stop inviting them.

If they don’t check in on me, I stop checking on them.

It’s not about being cold—it’s about protecting my peace.

Some people only care when it benefits them. And sometimes, you’re just an option in their lives. That’s why it’s important to know your circle and give your time to those who truly value you.

Life feels so much better this way—and you end up learning a lot about yourself, too.

Someone who will always be there for you, not just in your happiest days, but especially during your lowest.

Someone who will genuinely celebrate your achievements, even if they’re left behind, and still choose to support you without comparison or jealousy.

I always used to live by this one rule: don’t reject yourself before they get the chance to.

Let them say what they want, let them decide what they see—but don’t cut yourself off before the conversation even starts.

We do this all the time, don’t we? Talk ourselves out of applying, speaking up, showing up—just to save ourselves from a “no” that might not even come.

Meanwhile, the world keeps spinning, and people with half the doubt and twice the nerve are out there taking up space we told ourselves we didn’t deserve.

Don’t make it easier for them to overlook you. That’s not your job.
