As part of the 10th International Cultural Exchange Program of Nanyang Medical College in China last April 20-26, 2026, three members of the EAC Chorale โ Hazel Versoza, Niel Imperial, and Czarina Lopez โ were given the privilege to represent Emilio Aguinaldo College in a meaningful cultural and academic exchange in China.
Our first day at the Zhongjing Cultural Center introduced us to different cultures through exhibits, conversations, and shared experiences that made the world feel smaller and more connected. The highlight of the day was performing Janggay and Tiklos during the International Cultural Exhibition, where we proudly shared Filipino culture through music and dance.
Beyond the performances and activities, the experience helped us grow as choristersโteaching us confidence, cultural appreciation, and the importance of carrying the Filipino identity with pride wherever we go. ๐ต๐ญโจ
