In order to uphold fairness and ensure a high-quality gaming experience for all players, we have observed some users exploiting multiple accounts to claim sign-in rewards. This behavior not only violates our game rules but also undermines the integrity of our community and gaming environment.
As a result, if your withdrawal request is denied, it may indicate that our system has detected multiple accounts associated with your device/IP address. To maintain fairness, we will temporarily disable your withdrawal function. However, there's no need to worry. You can continue playing normally for the next 3 days after the suspension. If you can demonstrate consistent and legitimate gameplay during this period, please feel free to contact us. We will conduct a manual review and restore your withdrawal function accordingly.
PS: If you want to unfreeze your account and withdraw funds after three days of gameplay, you must deposit an amount equal to the withdrawal.
