Sharing my output for my elective: Cinematography 🎬
We were tasked to introduce ourselves cinematically, and here’s my artistic statement:

The reason I enrolled in this elective is because I’m already a content creator, and I love taking random videos wherever I go. I’ve branded myself on social media as “mapuWhat,” where I feature my life as an MMA student at Mapúa University. In my four months of creating content, I’ve gotten used to simply setting up my phone and saying my iconic line—if you know, you know.

All of my videos are shot using my mobile phone, and I always try to show who I really am through POV angles, close-up shots, wide shots, and that behind-the-scenes feel. I also experimented with this output, and even though I’ve been trying to shoot and edit cinematically, introducing myself creatively still felt like a different challenge.

Overall, I genuinely enjoyed making this output.

Enjoy! 🤭

Besides being a student, an ambassador, and a content creator… did you know where it all started?

This.

Creating crafts for gifts, weddings, and simple tokens of appreciation has always been close to my heart. 🤍

To my loyal clients, thank you for continuously trusting me and seeking out my work. I appreciate you all so, so much. 💕✨

I might just offer these again very soon… so stay tuned! 👀

Subtitle Trend‼️

Just took a walk around Intramuros and ended up having an unplanned photoshoot using Dazz Cam… 📸

Then I thought, why not join the trend?

But this one has a twist 👀
I wrote a short dialogue about someone who keeps falling into her crush’s “traps.”
Mala “I’m Drunk, I Love You” ang peg ng story…

Medyo relate ang person… haha 😅

Week 14 marks our final week of the second semester, and I finally have the time to upload some of my works. Let’s start with these photos that I submitted for Photojournalism. Take your time to read the short message, as it reflects a current issue in our society.

Title:
Moments Before Disaster

A quiet gasoline station—ordinary, almost forgettable.
Just a month ago, this scene meant nothing more than a routine stop, a passing moment in the rhythm of everyday life. The numbers on the pump felt normal, manageable, certain.

But history has a way of changing the meaning of ordinary places.

What once stood as a symbol of movement and possibility now echoes with uncertainty. Wars ignite oceans away, decisions are made in distant rooms, and suddenly the price of a single liter carries the weight of global tension.

This photograph is not only about a gasoline station.
It is about the fragile calm before disruption—the silent seconds before reality shifts.

Because sometimes disaster does not arrive with noise.
Sometimes, it begins quietly…
with numbers slowly changing on a pump we once took for granted.

The eyes that make you look.
The eyes that tell countless stories.
The eyes that never lie.

Grateful that I was able to render these for my Anatomy plate 🥹
So proud of how this piece turned out. 🥰

This video résumé is a requirement for our Purposive Communication subject and also one of the projects I’m most proud of shooting and editing.

Since attending 's talk at Feast Con 2024, working at has been a dream of mine. This is my way of taking a step closer to that goal... Sharing my creativity, storytelling, and passion for multimedia.

I’m excited to bring my skills, energy, and perspective into a creative space where I can learn from professionals and contribute meaningfully to real-world projects. 📸✨

Being a Multimedia Arts student isn’t just about doing plates—it’s about the concept, the visuals, and the process behind every output.

For my Color Theory Case Analysis 1, I recreated a Finding Nemo scene into 8 different color schemes.

It was time-consuming, but with a clear timeline, patience, and focus, the plate came together.

Trust the process 🎨✨

Just finished my Case Analysis 1, and one of the materials that helped me work more efficiently, and saved me so much time... was this: LIQUID MASK. (and I am currently taking out the dried up mask)

Some of you may have seen or heard about it, some of you may not.

I told my classmates that back when I was just starting to really focus on creating art, the availability of materials was incredibly limited especially here in the Philippines. Liquid mask was one of those tools I only saw online or in videos, something that felt so out of reach back then.

Now, with accessible online apps and shops, I was able to order this and have it delivered the very next day.

It may sound so simple, but holding this in my hands made me tear up 🥹
Because it reminded me how far I’ve come—from making do with what I had, to finally having access to the tools I once only dreamed of using.

Sometimes growth doesn’t come in loud milestones.
Sometimes, it comes in small bottles… and quiet moments of gratitude. ✨💛
