“Ubi caritas et amor Deus ibi est.”
[Where charity and love are, there God is.]

The Koro Manileño together with the Magnificat Choir of San Ildifonso Parish-Makati, offer their voices together in the Holy Mass presided by His Eminence Cardinal Jose F. Advincula—Metropolitan Archbishop of Manila, con-celebrated with His Excellency, Most Reverend Charles John Brown—Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, and other priests, in the 72nd anniversary of the Caritas Manila yesterday, October 4.

Thank you, Caritas Manila for making us part and witness this milestone.

Thanks to our kuya Patric—Countertenor of Koro Manileño, and the Conductor of the Magnificat Choir, for making this collaboration possible.

• Baptized Catholic
• Anyone from metro manila, as long as you are willing to attend regular rehearsals, and masses at the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro, Calamba st. Sampaloc, Manila.
• Choral experience is a plus, BUT not a requirement.
• Prepare one (1) song, preferably liturgical.

• For online audition, you may send your audition video—singing a passage from your chosen song (preferably liturgical), and a vocalization showcasing your vocal range—through email at [email protected] or on our page at Koro Manileño.

It's Bible Month!

Aside from our mission of sharing God's love through singing, we are also "in game" in participating activities that glorify His Name and His Words.

Last January 18, the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro hosted the first Archdiocesan Biblelympics 2025 that has been participated by various shrines and parishes around the Archdiocese of Manila.

We, the Koro Manileño together with some members from the Family Rosary Crusade, represented the TEAM PHILIP from NSPS.
We thank our mentors, youth leaders, and bible elders for nourishing our knowledge of the word of God.

We thank Mrs. Jacqueline Marzan—Tolentino for trusting us, and choosing us to represent the NSPS for this year's Biblelympics.
