We are on the lookout for talented and exceptional people to work with us. People with kindness, a passion for games and arts, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:
• Work creatively to produce original and aesthetically pleasing animations and solutions
• Create expressive character animation portraying a wide range of emotions
• Collaborate with the art director to grasp the requirements of the game.

Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in Spine animation
• Rig and animate in Spine using the mesh tool to simulate 3D.

We are looking for 3D Artists!

Responsibilities:
• Understand the project brief, requirements, timeline, and deadlines.
• Receive and implement feedback from directors, animators, designers, and clients.
• Collaborate with the Art Lead, Art Director, Project Manager, and other Artists to complete the project.
• Maintain existing projects, and provide 3D related contents needed by the team.
• Ability to work and communicate well even when under pressure.
• Troubleshoot software related problems that arise during work.
• Produce high quality sculpt or model based on the concept design.
• Able to understand different animation controls, and create customized rig for each assets.
• Produce smooth 3D animations that exhibit Fundamentals of Animation.
• Create high quality game assets using advanced techniques in modeling and texturing.
• Basic understanding and implementation of shader and visual effects.
• Able to present and render the work professionally.
• Research new technologies and techniques that relates to 3D.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a 3D Game Artist.
• Strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and aesthetic awareness.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaborate with the team.
• A strong passion for creating 3D contents such as sculpt, characters, game props, VFX, and animations.

The Illustrator is responsible for creating original pieces of artwork such as splash art, backgrounds, or assets for games and other interactive digital publications.

For this role, you will collaborate with art leads, project managers, and co-artists to turn messages and ideas into appealing illustrations.

Requirements:
• Can make concepts for stylized and mobile game art.
• Has experience in digital painting and mobile game asset creation.
• Knowledgeable in advanced lighting techniques using grayscale and color.
• Knowledgeable in color theory.
• Can sketch in one point, two-point, and 3 point perspective.
• Knowledgeable in basic composition for digital illustrations (thumbnail sketching).
• Can draw full human anatomy.
• Has accomplished/worked in any mobile game or illustration-related projects (at least a year of experience, 3 years would be ideal).
• Can solve problems with the task at hand.
• Knows how to schedule and prioritize given tasks.
• Can adapt to complex or stressful situations (for example, shifting of art styles from time to time).
• Is comfortable with the WFH setup.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER

CS Officers engage the players with proper response and ensure that priority customers’ concerns are addressed with utmost quality and speed. CS Officers will be the main personnel to interact with the players via email, social media sites, and app review platforms. They will collect and deliver feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Resolve the problem within 2 replies to player's satisfaction.
● Actively engage players to obtain priority list of suggestions, complaints, & bug reports.
● Create FAQs and add to CS System Database.
● Provide professional customer assistance to address problems and issues regarding client services by email
● Use appropriate support tools to resolve customer requests in timely fashion; professionally guide users through steps to resolve problems and issues.
● Ensure that user expectations are met and are in line with client's policies, practices and procedure
● Quickly and effectively solve customer problems
● Identify the specific information needed to clarify the problem or issue.
● Provide accurate information.
● Accurately perform multiple tasks (e.g., understanding, writing, testing, moderating, entering documentation information, seeking information, reporting, playing, and problem solving.)
● Cooperate with developers on reported issues and assist in gathering information to solve issues.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
● Has significant previous CS experience preferably related to Casual/Online games account
● A gamer by heart and very interested in playing casual games
● Ability to retain a lot of information about different games
● Access to a recent iOS or Android device (even better if both)
● Willing and able to create and maintain a work Facebook account (not personal)
● Fun and outgoing person who collaborates well with others
● Zendesk and Helpshift experience (not required, but an advantage)

ART DIRECTOR – Mobile Game
The Art Director will oversee the work of other designers and artists who produce art assets for a kid’s mobile game. He or she will determine the overall style or tone desired for each project and articulate their vision to artists.

Responsibilities:
• Provide artistic leadership and lead the team to drive the overall vision of the project
