15 weeks ago, I decided to on the Go Lose Pounds journey with Marie France.

Still on it, and still going. But so happy with where I'm at right now.

7KG lost as of this video w barely any muscle mass lost. 9KG lost as of today. 🥲

I get to train for my personal triathlon, go to the gym at least 3 times a week, and I'm making sure I'm eating right too. Honestly so motivated because I keep seeing results.
