There are entire worlds in my mind; each one holds a different version of us. The possibilities are endless—a universe of “what ifs” swirling and expanding. And yet, in all those imagined places, no version of you compares to the real one standing here before me. You are more vivid; more extraordinary in reality; more alive than any dream I could conjure. For the first time, I feel the urge to escape my thoughts—to step out of the intricate landscapes I’ve built in my head.
For once, I’d rather be here, in this moment with you, than anywhere else.
This reality with you is the greatest dream.
