"𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑱𝒖𝒏𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒊𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝒊𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒕."
At first, sculpting wasn't really my thing—but it was still art, and I wanted to explore it. I wanted to learn.
This little clay business started because I was inspired by a business owner who was also a teacher. In many ways, I saw a reflection of myself in her. The difference was that she made art for a living, while I was just a student trying to discover where my passion could take me.
I started with fear. No experience, no art classes—just countless video tutorials, trial and error, and a lot of patience with myself. There were moments I wanted to give up, but I kept refining, learning, and improving one piece at a time.
Looking back at all these June orders, I can't help but smile. Every order reminded me that taking a chance on something new was worth it. This journey has never been just about earning—it has always been about rediscovering the dream I once thought I had to let go of.
If I could talk to my younger self, I'd tell her, "𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙞𝙩. 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙧𝙮." And I'm so proud of her.
