On 14 November 2022, the Unit provided One (1) Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) team to help retrieve a drowned victim, which reportedly transpired at one of the eco-tourism destinations of Canding Falls in Mangatarem, Pangasinan. In addition, through the coordination of TOG 3, the Unit's Huey II #662, piloted by MAJ ERVIN I CATISAG PAF, was also utilized to airlift the rescuers to the site for their safety and timely response, considering the challenge in terms of terrain and distance from the provincial capital. With the assistance of our rescuers, along with the Tarlac PDRRMO personnel and TOG 3 personnel, the local divers successfully retrieved the victim's body from the floor bed of the said falls and turned it over to proper authorities.

PAALALA: Sa mga ngbabalak pumunta sa Timmanguyob Falls wag po muna kayong pumunta for your own safety . Recently may naganap na engkwentro ng militar at hinihinalang NPA malapit sa vicinity . Nangyari ito sa mismong kabundukan ng Brgy ng Cacaoiten at Lawak Langka na malapit sa mismong Falls.

Timmanguyob/ Tangguyob Falls ay isang kilalang atraksyon sa mga mahilig sa adventures dahil sa mga temple run na lakaran umaabot ito ng isa o dalawang oras depende sa bilis ng lakad kaya hindi pwede ang pabagal bagal. Sa mga matitibay ang tuhod at loob lamang ang nkakarating dito dahil sa mga matatarik at mga ilog na iyong tatawirin at aakyatin. Ang kilalang drop off sa ngayon ay ang Sitio Dueg za Brgy Maasin San Clemente Tarlac dahil accessible siya sa daan na ginawa doon papuntang Sitio Due Resettlement Area , ito yong binigay na Resettlement Area sa mga katutubong Aeta's na apektado ng Mount Pinatubo Eruption at kalaunan naging pook pasyalan na rin dahil sa malamig na klima nito.

Ang Timmanguyob Falls ay matatagpuan sa bulubundukin ng Mangatarem, Pangasinan, ito ay may layong 5km sa Sitio Libag sa Brgy Cacaoiten dahil sa mahabang lakaran at hirap na dinaranas ng mga ngpupunta doon ang pamahalaan ng Mangatarem LGU at DOT ay ngpundo ng budget sa pagpapagawa ng daan na tatagos papuntang Timmanguyob Falls, sa ngayon ang phase 1 nito ay completed na at inaayos na rin ang susunod na budget hanggang sa umabot sa taas at para hindi na mahirapan ang mga pumupunta dito . May mga Daang Kalikasan ang view dito. Ito ay ang ngsisilbing boundary ng Pangasinan saka Tarlac at makikita ang mga bundok ng Cabaluyan at Candong at Cabaluyan Hills.

San Clemente Cadastre 383-D Lot 4292 is only reserving parcel to occupy public domain along Zambales Mountain Range for the Mount Pinatubo eruption victims under Malacanan Proclamation 265 s. 1994 .

Therefore that cadastral survey is not officially intended to used for provincial demarcation line .

The 2, 474 hectares forest land situated the majestic Timangguyob Falls claiming by the Municipality of San Clemente is under the territorial jurisdiction of Sitio Libag Brgy Cacaoiten Municipality of Mangatarem, Province of Pangasinan.

Entry : Brgy Macarang Mangatarem along Romulo Highway going to Cabaluyan 1st and 2nd all the way to Brgy Cacaoiten. Ask local residents nearby for local tour guide.
